a mixed experience
amazing instructor trained instructor quick service tiny bathroom unhelpful manager
The yoga instructor mukta was amazing. i had a lovely one hour yoga session at the sea side. it was a blissful experience under the guidance of a trained instructor with people of different nationalities. i liked jobi, sushmita and jithin. They were very kind to us. they services were quick and good.
reservations had so many mistakes. they booked two rooms in error. then they had to cancel both rooms, so we had to rebook a lower class room. the club room is too small, and the bathroom is tiny. even after raising this to the duty manager, he did nothing to help address the situation.

spacious room clean room great breakfast
i stayed in a premier sea view room. the room was spacious and clean (it even had a nice balcony). the breakfast included a great indian breakfast. i really liked that the hotel offers guides for sightseeing.

Wonderful Experience at Kovalam!
relaxing yoga skilled instructor friendly receptionist courteous guard
The yoga sessions were relaxing and enjoyable. Muktha, the yoga instructor, was skilled. Each staff member greeted me with a smile. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful (i felt so welcome!). The security guard was always courteous.
The main infinity pool was restricted. This amenity should be accessible to all paying guests.

The sea facing club room offered peaceful serenity . It included neat, clean spaces and a tidy bathroom. Support staff were kind and humble throughout.

Susmita provided support during my check-in. Puneet Kashav warmly welcomed me at the terrace restaurant. Neelima arranged the best view table for me at my request, a wonderful gesture.

heavenly getaway
yoga instructor relaxing yoga friendly receptionist restorative experience
i want to express my sincere appreciation for the team at this resort. from the yoga instructor muktha who was skilled and made each class enjoyable to every staff member from reception to security, each person greeted me always with a smile. the entire experience seemed like a true retreat, so relaxing and restorative.
during my stay, i found the restaurant service to be somewhat slow, especially the a la carte food and beverages. while the quality was excellent, the waiting times affected the flow of the dining experience just a tad.

I appreciated the multiple pools available (three in total) and also the private beach area. I spent relaxing moments there, savoring the peaceful area and capturing nice photos, as it is a haven for photography.
I'm confident the management will address this quickly to maintain the overall beauty of the resort.
